Highland Property Management, Inc. is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Longmont, CO to perform hands-on maintenance and light construction tasks across LIHTC properties.

The role manages work orders, maintains resident units, and participates in on-call schedules. Candidates should have 2–5 years of apartment maintenance experience and strong plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills, plus professional conduct with residents and staff.

Formación

• 2-5 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair knowledge.
• Proficiency in estimating repair time and coordinating with contractors.
• Strong organizational and custodial duties for move-in ready units.
• Experience with PM schedules and safety/confidentiality policies.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hands-on maintenance and light construction tasks.
• Manage work orders and ensure pro-active property upkeep.
• Support on-call schedule as needed.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for remodel or warranty work.
