Highland Property Management, Inc. is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform light construction and custodial duties across our properties. You will handle carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and exterior maintenance to keep units move-in ready.

The role requires a couple of years of apartment maintenance and customer service experience, professionalism with residents, and adherence to confidentiality policies. A valid driver's license and ability to operate hand-tools are essential.

Formación

• 2 years of apartment maintenance experience or equal.
• 2 years of direct costumer service experience with residential or other clients.
• Professionalism with coworkers and residents while working in and around apartment complex.
• Strict adherence to confidentiality policies according to resident's rights regulations and courtesy.
