Job summary

ML Property Group LLC is seeking a Service Technician to assist the Service Manager in maintaining the physical integrity and safety of the community. The role covers carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks, with a requirement of a flexible schedule including on-call, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience, English fluency, and HVAC/CPO/EPA certifications.

Qualifications

• High school degree required; college degree preferred.
• Three to five years of apartment maintenance experience (or equivalent).
• HVAC certification, CPO certification, and EPA refrigerant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general systems in apartments.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate make-ready repairs and ensure safety and compliance on property.
