Highland Property Management, Inc., a property management subsidiary of Summit Management Group, Inc., is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to support LIHTC and residential communities.

The role requires 2 years of apartment maintenance experience and 2 years of direct customer service, along with professionalism and discretion when interacting with residents and staff. Certifications in maintenance trades are preferred, and basic computer skills are required to record work orders.

Formación

• 2 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent.
• 2 years of direct customer service experience with residential or other clients.
• Professionalism with coworkers and residents while working in and around apartment complex.
• Strict adherence to confidentiality policies according to resident's rights regulations and courtesy.
• Certification or apprenticeship in areas of maintenance (e.g. electrical, plumbing, carpentry).

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance tasks around apartment communities.
• Record and complete work orders using the property management system.
• Ensure safety and confidentiality in all resident interactions.
