Job summary

Tonti Properties is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team in Littleton, CO. You will work with the Lead Maintenance Technician and Property Manager to keep our community safe, functional, and well maintained, delivering quality workmanship and timely repairs for residents.

This role requires at least one year in apartment maintenance, EPA Type II or Universal certification, a valid driver's license, and your own tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of apartment maintenance or related experience.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification is required.
• CPO Certification preferred or required by property.
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools.
• Experience using mechanical and measuring devices such as voltmeters, pumps, and testing meters.
• Must have your own tools.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Ability to be on-call and respond to after-hours maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Lead Maintenance Technician and Property Manager to ensure the community is safe, functional, and well maintained.
• When the Lead is unavailable, step in and take the lead on maintenance responsibilities.
