Job summary

WSH MANAGEMENT INC. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Owensmouth Gardens in Woodland Hills, CA. The role involves cleaning, repairs, completing work orders, and conducting preventative maintenance on a 281-unit property.

You will join a team of four technicians, handle daily inspections, and respond to requests with strong attention to safety and efficiency. The position runs full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years' relevant apartment maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and active auto insurance.
• Available for after-hours and weekend emergencies.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property and equipment daily to determine service needs and staffing.
• Respond to service requests in order of priority and document work.
• Implement and supervise Preventative Maintenance program.
• Review and update preventive maintenance schedules including HVAC, detectors, gutters, leaks.
• Complete monthly property safety inspection reports.
• Assist with turnover of apartments and obtain bids for work.
• Direct contracted projects to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Maintain records of supplies and costs.
• Provide emergency on-call services as needed.
• Keep maintenance shop organized and tools in good condition.
• Communicate with Property Manager daily to meet objectives.
