Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 recent years experience in apartment maintenance on 150+ unit property preferred!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Duties include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, and completing maintenance service requests.
• Appliance repairs and painting are part of the role.
• Apartment turnovers and taking emergency calls are included, among other duties.
