Job summary

Owensmouth Gardens is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a 281-unit property. You will perform inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance, while coordinating with the manager and other techs.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, completing work orders, and assisting with turnovers. A valid license and English proficiency are required, with on-site work and after-hours availability expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant apartment maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Available for after-hours and weekend emergencies.
• Proficient in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property and equipment daily to determine service needs and resources.
• Respond to service requests in FIFO order, with emergencies handled promptly.
• Implement and supervise Preventative Maintenance program.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, and perform carpentry/Sheetrock tasks as needed.
• Assist with unit turnovers and bids for contracted work.
• Maintain safety records and inventory; respond to emergencies 24/7.
