CONAM Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Salvator in Sacramento, CA. You will perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, and assist with turnovers and curb appeal to uphold high living standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in apartment maintenance, strong troubleshooting, communication, and a customer-focused mindset. On-call rotation and teamwork are essential in this role at Salvator.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Address resident service requests related to apartment maintenance.
• Oversee turnovers: inspections, repairs, and cleaning.
• Maintain curb appeal: landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and management team members.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure safety compliance in maintenance activities.
• Additional duties as required.
