CTL Management is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team in the Sacramento metro area. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in apartment or residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property exterior to enhance curb appeal.
• Assist in maintenance such as painting and turnover of apartments.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and on-call duties.
• Provide timely, professional service to residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Property Manager.
