Job summary

Advanced Management Group in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Maintenance Tech to perform general property upkeep and repairs. You’ll support the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks to maintain a safe, well‑kept community.

The role requires basic computer skills, reading and writing English, and effective problem solving. Expect on-site duties with potential on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• English reading and writing skills required.
• Basic computer skills are required for data entry and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance to support the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and safety programs as directed.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC components as needed.
• Maintain records and communicate status to the Property Manager.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly, typically within 24 hours.
• Provide on-call emergency maintenance as required.
• Maintain tools and safety data sheets on site.
