Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operation of an apartment community.

Responsibilities include overall maintenance of the community and grounds, turnover work in vacant units, timely completion of work requests, and preserving curb appeal across common areas. Candidates must have at least 1 year in property management maintenance and be able to respond to emergency calls as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, tile and carpet installation and repair.
• Strong aptitude for door/appliance repair, locks, concrete, masonry and roofing.
• Experience in landscaping and general maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall maintenance of the community and grounds area.
• Turnover work in vacant units (painting, maintenance, etc.).
• Completing work requests in a timely manner.
• Keeping curb appeal at its highest level and maintaining common areas.
