Job summary

Arcan Capital is a growing property management company focused on delivering high-quality living environments across the southeastern United States. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior repairs, maintenance, and groundskeeping, while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires responding to service requests, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining safety standards under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC, EPA and/or CPO certifications are preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Safety and OSHA awareness is important.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including painting, cleaning, and basic repairs.
• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance as scheduled.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC components.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Report hazards and equipment issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain safety and privacy of residents; follow company policies.
