Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Tempe, AZ. The role emphasizes completing service requests, preventive maintenance, and strong resident service.

You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to manage inventory and stay within budget while maintaining safety and curb appeal. The ideal candidate has at least one year in maintenance, is comfortable with HVAC/plumbing/electrical repairs, and can handle a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment industry.
• EPA certification Type I and II preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all service requests and repairs thoroughly and promptly.
• Assist Supervisor with inventory of equipment, tools and supplies.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Support on-call rotation for emergencies.
