Job summary

StoneCreek Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Omaha, NE. You will assist with general maintenance, repairs, make-readies, and preventative tasks across one or more communities.

The position requires EPA certification (Universal or I & II), at least 3 years of multi-family maintenance experience, and the ability to participate in an on-call rotation. Yardi experience is preferred and you will work in a team-focused, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required (Universal or Type I & II).
• Yardi experience preferred.
• 3+ years of multi-family maintenance experience.
• Must be able to be on-call in a team rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general maintenance, repairs, make-readies, and preventative tasks.
• Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and document work per policy and safety standards.
• Complete make-ready processes for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Manage tools, materials, and inventory; document usage and reorder needs.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with safety and risk management.
• Support safety training and participate in routine safety meetings.
