Job summary

StoneCreek Communities seeks a Maintenance Supervisor in Omaha, NE to oversee maintenance, make-readies, and rehab projects across properties. You will handle work orders, supervise technicians, manage inventory, and ensure safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Type I/II or Universal) preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred and Yardi knowledge.
• Experience- Minimum 2 years in Multifamily Maintenance in a Supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance, repairs, make-readies and rehab projects.
• Complete resident work orders and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintain inventory, track supplies and help manage budget.
• Support safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
