Job summary

StoneCreek Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Thomasbrook Apartments in Lincoln, NE. You will handle work orders, preventative maintenance, and make-ready processes to prep vacant units for lease. Position requires basic HVAC knowledge and on-call rotation participation.

The role includes upkeep of grounds, safety compliance, and timely documentation of all activities. On-site housing discounts and comprehensive benefits are offered to support employees’ well-being.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Universal or Type I & II) preferred but not required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Multi-family maintenance experience including HVAC, minimum 1 year preferred.
• Must be able to be on-call (in a team rotation).

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventive maintenance for the property.
• Handles make-ready process for vacant units and arranges required inspections and tasks.
• Manages materials and supplies from the maintenance department and tracks inventory.
• Completes documentation and paperwork for service requests in a timely manner.
• Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Supports safety and risk-management policies and participates in required trainings.
