Job summary

Capstone Management is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician in Dallas to handle resident requests, perform preventative maintenance, and complete make-ready inspections for vacant units. You will manage materials, inspect work, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely turnover.

The role requires at least one year in apartment maintenance, a valid driver's license, and AC Certification I/II. The position supports cost-saving, upkeep of grounds, and occasional on-call work.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• AC Certification I and II preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Access and manage materials, track inventory, and notify supervisor when re-orders are needed.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
• Work flexible hours and on-call as needed.
