Job summary

Capstone Management is seeking an Apartment Maintenance technician in Dallas, TX. You will handle resident work orders, preventative maintenance, and the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing.

The role involves inventory management, vendor coordination, and ensuring safety/compliance, with flexibility for on-call shifts. A year in apartment maintenance is required, with AC and EPA certifications and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• AC Certification I and II
• EPA Certification Required
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Performs make-ready process for vacant units and coordinates vendors.
• Manages material access, inventory, and ordering needs with maintenance supervisor.
• Completes documentation to track service requests.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; cleans and paints as needed.
• Supports cost-saving by repairing instead of replacing when possible.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.
