Job summary

TIPTON ASSET GROUP is looking for a Maintenance Technician in Dallas, TX, who will be essential in maintaining the upkeep of our apartment complex. Responsibilities include assisting with make-ready units, responding to maintenance emergencies, and performing general grounds work.

The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of one year experience in maintenance. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
