Job summary

LINK Property Management is seeking a Service Technician to perform a wide range of general maintenance for our multi-family communities in Cleveland, OH. You’ll complete tenant requests, assist with make-readies, and ensure exterior and common areas meet high standards.

We value hands-on skills in carpentry, HVAC, painting, and minor electrical tasks, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. On-call availability and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Maintenance or repair experience for residential properties is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• On-call availability for emergency maintenance calls.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete tenant service requests.
• Participate in make-ready/turn completion process.
• Ensure community exterior aesthetics and common areas meet high standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and technicians.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor projects within the community.
• Ensure maintenance meets company quality standards at all times.
• Oversee upkeep of units, offices, common areas, amenities, grounds and landscaping.
• Adhere to compliance standards and regulations.
• Handle other projects as needed.
• Perform related duties as required.
