Job summary

Insight Holdings, LLC, a full-service real estate and development company based in Ohio City, is seeking an experienced property maintenance technician to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate has at least one year of residential maintenance experience and strong customer service skills to ensure our residents enjoy a top-quality living experience.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preparing units between tenants, and performing preventative maintenance while keeping the shop

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of residential maintenance experience.
• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and general upkeep.
• Proficiency in painting, drywall, carpentry and landscaping.
• Masonry knowledge preferred
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Suite prep / turning units between tenant occupancy.
• Painting as needed.
• Maintaining property grounds.
• Preventative maintenance projects as assigned.
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance shop and work areas.
• Assist in 24/7 emergency coverage with the team.
• Provide exemplary service to residents during work orders, including proper cleanup.
• Must provide your own tools.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Complete work orders assigned in a timely manner based on priority
• Suite Prep / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
• Painting as needed
• Maintaining Property grounds
• Preventative maintenance projects as assigned
• Maintain and keep clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
• Assist in coverage for 24/7 emergency calls with other team members as needed
• Provide exemplary service to all residents when entering the home to perform work order (including proper clean up if necessary)
• Must provide your own tools
