Job summary

MAA is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair apartment homes and community facilities at Beaver Creek. You’ll diagnose HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance or related field.
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal required at hire or within 90 days of start date.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair to keep apartments and property facilities in good order.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units and electrical/plumbing systems.
• Prepare apartments for move-in and follow up after repairs.
• Adhere to preventative maintenance schedules and safety standards.
