Job summary

MAA Arringdon is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs across our multifamily communities. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks while keeping units ready for move-in.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance, HVAC experience, EPA Type II or Universal certification (or within 90 days), and a valid driver's license.
