Job summary

Prometheus Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to efficiently handle maintenance tasks in our communities, including service requests and turnover duties. You will help sustain a safe, comfortable living environment for residents and support on-call rotations as needed.

The role requires basic computer skills, two years of apartment maintenance experience, and strong English communication. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years' apartment maintenance experience.
• Must be available for on-call duties.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks and service requests to maintain the Neighborhood and provide a quality living environment.
• Complete apartment turnovers and troubleshoot/repair major and minor mechanical systems.
• Assist with appliance repairs, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting as needed.
