Job summary

Prometheus Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for Mansion Grove to efficiently perform general maintenance tasks, handle service requests, and support turnover operations. You will ensure a quality living environment for neighbors by addressing repairs and basic installations, including appliances, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of apartment maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and basic computer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be available for on-call services.
• Minimum of two years experience and/or training in apartment maintenance.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English to ensure safety and service to customers.
• Basic understanding of building materials and tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including service requests and turnover functions.
• Troubleshoot and repair major and minor mechanical systems; assist with appliance repairs, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting.
