Prometheus Real Estate Group in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Neighbor Service Technician I to efficiently perform general maintenance tasks, handle service requests and turnover functions, and maintain a high-quality living environment for our Neighbors.

You will focus on customer service, timely operations for apartment turnovers, and basic repairs across appliances, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Availability for on-call services.
• Industry experience: minimum two years in apartment maintenance.
• Communication: ability to speak, read, write English in the workplace.
• Technical: basic computer proficiency and understanding of building materials & tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents and ensure they feel at home and well cared for.
• Complete apartment turnovers and assist with troubleshooting and repairs across major/minor systems.
