Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Availability for on-call services.
• 2+ years in apartment maintenance or equivalent.
• Clear communication in English to ensure safety and service.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Understanding of building materials and tools.
• Physical ability to stand, climb, lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to neighbors, ensuring they feel at home.
• Carry out turnover tasks and maintenance across major and minor systems; assist with appliances, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting.
