Job summary

A Hiring Company is seeking a diligent maintenance technician to prepare vacant apartments for market readiness, perform various building upkeep tasks, and document activity. You will work with the maintenance team to meet quality standards and respond to resident requests.

This role requires hands-on experience in general maintenance, ability to lift and carry, and willingness to on-call weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• One to five years of verifiable hands-on general maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in at least one major maintenance area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Record activity in maintenance log and perform listed maintenance tasks.
• Respond to resident service requests and on-call emergencies as required.
• Assist in monitoring maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager on special projects.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and free of trash.
• Communicate openly with property management and team members.
• Assist in setting up resident functions and events.
