Job summary

Prime Residential is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain and prepare our Harborview community in San Diego. You will address resident requests, ensure safety and aesthetics, and uphold Prime’s standards of excellence.

A hands-on, detail-oriented approach and reliable on-call availability are essential. The role emphasizes maintenance of appliances, building exteriors, and systems, with a focus on timely responses and tracking through our mobile app.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential property maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license to operate community vehicles/golf carts.
• Willingness to participate in mandatory on-call rotation.
• Multifamily housing experience preferred; HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance on appliances, building exteriors, doors, locks, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, pools, and safety equipment.
• Prepare and update reports, work orders, and trackers.
• Inspect vacated apartments and prepare them for new residents.
• Conduct fire and life/safety inspections and annual unit inspections.
• Maintain records of preventative maintenance and service requests.
