Prime Residential is seeking a Service Manager to lead the essential maintenance function at Harborview in San Diego. You will manage the service team, ensure curb appeal, respond to requests, and maintain safety standards across the community.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in residential property maintenance and 2+ years in leadership, with HVAC knowledge and RealPage/OneSite familiarity. This is a full-time on-site role offering strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential property maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing a maintenance team.
• HVAC certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee the service team for high performance.
• Conduct daily meetings and provide coaching to the team.
• Organize training sessions with the Maintenance Training Manager.
• Collaborate with Community Director on personnel performance and budget.
• Foster a customer-focused culture of respect and efficiency.
• Manage and complete service requests and prepare vacant apartments.
• Inspect and repair building components (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Oversee appearance of grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
