Job summary

Cottonwood Residential is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Frisco, TX. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks to maintain property standards and resident comfort.

You will communicate with residents, follow safety procedures, and participate in after-hours emergencies as needed. A valid Texas driver’s license and ability to work evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Move, carry or lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Stand or walk for long periods and navigate stairs and ladders.
• On-call with after-hours service as needed.
• HVAC troubleshooting experience is a plus (not required).
• EPA Type II or Universal and CPO are a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry for residential properties.
• Communicate with customers and document work according to Company procedures.
• Work during standard hours and participate in after-hours emergencies with management support.
