Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English to communicate with customers, process paperwork, and interpret safety and operating manuals and procedures.
• Must be able to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends and be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry repairs related to residential properties.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
