Cottonwood Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for Stonebriar of Frisco Apartments in Frisco, Texas. The role involves hands-on repairs to units and grounds, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, with after-hours availability as needed.

The ideal candidate will be able to read and follow English-language manuals, communicate clearly with residents, and meet physical requirements such as lifting up to 50 lbs and navigating stairs and uneven terrain.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate with customers and interpret manuals.
• Must be able to move, lift items up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs/terrain.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and on-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and carpentry related to apartment properties.

Responsabilités

• Perform repairs including plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry for units and property grounds.
• Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate with the Service Manager for after-hours needs.
• Ensure safety procedures and company standards are followed during all tasks.
• Collaborate with residents to address issues and maintain a high level of customer service.
