Cottonwood Highland Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds maintenance. You will communicate with residents in English and follow safety procedures while handling tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs.

The role requires availability for evenings and weekends, as well as on-call emergency coverage with the Service Manager. A valid driver’s license is required.

Formación

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to climb stairs, ladders, and navigate elevation changes.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• EPA certification Type II or Universal is a plus.
• CPO certification is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform repairs including plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry work on apartments and property grounds.
• Address resident maintenance requests and communicate clearly in English.
• Navigate stairs, ladders, and tight spaces to complete tasks safely.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards; respond to after-hours emergencies as on-call technician.
