Qualifications

• One year of janitorial and/or grounds experience.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Clean criminal background and pre-employment drug testing.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community buildings, hallways, and breezeways.
• Sustain cleanliness of community amenities.
• Freshen apartments as needed.
• Report repair issues and assist maintenance staff.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
