General Services Corporation (GSC) is seeking dedicated staff to maintain our apartment communities and support resident services. You will uphold cleanliness of buildings, hallways, breezeways, and common areas while assisting maintenance teams and delivering excellent customer service to residents.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to repairs and upkeep. This role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.

Qualifications

• One year of janitorial and/or grounds experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required with clean background and drug testing.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community buildings, hallways, and breezeways.
• Sustain cleanliness of community amenities.
• Freshen apartments as needed.
• Report repair issues as necessary.
• Assist maintenance staff.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
