MAA Hampton Pointe is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs across apartment homes and facilities. You will diagnose and fix HVAC systems, electrical appliances, plumbing, carpentry, and locks while following a planned preventive maintenance schedule.

EPA Type II/Universal certification is required within 90 days of hire, and a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in multifamily property maintenance or mechanical repair.
• HVAC experience required and EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification either at hire or within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
• Maintenance and repair of apartment homes and property facilities as part of a proactive schedule.

Responsabilités

• Perform general maintenance and repair to keep apartment homes and facilities in good order.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units, electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures.
• Handle plumbing, carpentry, and lock repairs; follow a preventative maintenance schedule.
• Follow up with residents after repairs and assist with on-call coverage when needed.
