Turnberry Isle Apartments in Dallas, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform resident service requests, repairs, and preventive maintenance across apartment buildings. The role requires hands-on maintenance experience and a strong mechanical aptitude to ensure safe, comfortable living spaces for residents.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and safety concerns, prepare vacancies, inspect systems, and maintain tools and work areas.

Formación

• Hands-on experience repairing and maintaining equipment or property.

• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Previous apartment maintenance or skilled trade experience is a plus.

Schedule

This position works a five-day schedule and participates in a rotational on-call schedule for after-hours emergency maintenance needs.
