Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust in Frisco, TX is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for Silverado Apartments. You will address resident requests, perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and conduct preventative maintenance.

Strong mechanical aptitude, dependable work ethic, and teamwork are essential. Valid driver’s license preferred; new to property management welcome with background in skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and troubleshoot maintenance issues.

Compensation: $21–$26 per hour, based on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses

New to property management? That's okay.Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, construction, facilities maintenance, or other skilled trades can provide a great foundation for apartment maintenance.

What You'll Do

Schedule

This position works a five-day schedule and participates in a rotational on-call schedule for after-hours emergency maintenance needs.
