Gaines Investment Trust is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join Trinity Square Apartments in Dallas. This hands-on role focuses on quality work and resident service.

You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs, respond to service requests, and help prepare homes for move-ins while supporting preventative maintenance. Formación

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily properties.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, or general maintenance.
• HVAC certification required or in progress; EPA certification preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests.
• Prepare apartment homes for new move-ins.
• Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections.
• Help maintain common areas and overall property appearance.
• Participate in the rotational on‑call schedule for maintenance emergencies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑maintained community.

What We're Looking For
