Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance or related skilled trades is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other systems.
• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the community.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and ensure move-in readiness.
• Inspect apartments, common areas, and building systems for maintenance needs.
• Assist with upkeep of community amenities, grounds, and common areas.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and work areas.
• Interact with residents professionally and respectfully.
• Collaborate with onsite team to keep the community high quality.
