The role focuses on responding to resident service requests, repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, and performing preventive maintenance to keep the community safe and welcoming.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other systems.
• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the community.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and ensure move-in readiness.
• Inspect apartments, common areas, and building systems for maintenance needs.
• Assist with upkeep of community amenities, grounds, and common areas.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and work areas.
• Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with residents.
• Collaborate with on-site team to maintain high community standards.
