Gaines Investment Trust is hiring a Community Maintenance Technician for Remington at Memorial in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on keeping apartment communities safe, efficient, and well-maintained, including responding to service requests, troubleshooting repairs, and preparing units for new residents.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in maintenance or related trades, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and other apartment systems.
• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance across the community.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and ensure move-in readiness.
• Inspect buildings for maintenance needs and manage safety concerns.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas; interact respectfully with residents.

Gaines Investment Trust is looking for hands-on, dependable individuals interested in Maintenance Technician opportunities at Remington at Memorial Apartments.

New to property management? That's okay. Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, construction, facilities maintenance, or other skilled trades can provide a great foundation for apartment maintenance.

What You'll Do

• Complete resident service requests and troubleshoot maintenance issues

• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other apartment systems

• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs

• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents

• Inspect apartments, common areas, and building systems

• Identify and address maintenance and safety concerns

• Maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and work areas

• Provide professional and courteous service to residents

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Hands-on experience repairing and maintaining equipment or property

• Dependable work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Previous apartment maintenance or skilled trade experience is a plus

• Valid driver's license

Schedule

This position works a five-day schedule and participates in a rotational on-call schedule for after-hours emergency maintenance needs.
