Qualifications

• 1–3 years verifiable general maintenance experience.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Applicants must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in.
• Repairing and improving vacant and occupied apartments.
• Completing resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Carrying out carpentry, plumbing, painting tasks.
• Performing preventative maintenance tasks.
• Conducting move in/move out inspections.
• Ensuring inventory levels for required parts.
• Maintaining clean and organized service shop.
• Assisting in maintenance and cleanliness of common areas.
• Maintaining grounds and building exteriors, including trash pickup and snow removal.
• Adhering to fair housing policies.
