You will perform general repairs and preventative maintenance in our properties, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry, while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of verifiable general maintenance experience.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and on‑call.

Responsibilities

• Full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in.
• Repairing and improving vacant and occupied apartments.
• Completing resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Carpentry, plumbing and painting tasks.
• Performing preventative maintenance tasks.
• Conducting move in/move out inspections.
• Maintaining inventory levels for parts.
• Maintaining a clean, organized service shop.
• Maintaining property grounds and exteriors including snow removal.
