LR Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Michigan's fastest-growing property management company. You will perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks across apartments, ensuring quality spaces for residents.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of verifiable general maintenance experience.
• A valid driver's license.
• Must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and being on-call.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in.
• Repairing and improving vacant and occupied apartments.
• Completing resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks.
• Performing preventative maintenance tasks.
• Conducting move in/move out inspections.
• Ensuring inventory levels for required parts.
• Keeping the service shop clean and organized.
• Maintaining grounds and building exteriors including trash and snow removal.
• Adhering to fair housing policies.
