Job summary

LR Management, the fastest growing property management company in Michigan, seeks a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform general repairs and preventative maintenance across apartments, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry, while interacting with residents.

Requirements include 1-3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including weekends and on-call.

Qualifications

1–3 years of verifiable general maintenance experience.
A valid driver's license required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work weekends and be on-call.

Responsibilities

Full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in.
Repairing and improving vacant and occupied apartments.
Completing resident service requests in a timely manner.
Carpentry, plumbing and painting tasks.
Performing preventative maintenance tasks.
Move in/move out inspections.
Maintain inventory of parts and keep shop organized.
Maintain property grounds and exterior areas.
