Candidates should have 1–3 years of multifamily maintenance experience and hold EPA Type II or Universal Certification, or obtain within 90 days of hire. A valid drivers license is required to drive between sites.

Qualifications

• One to three years of multifamily property maintenance or related experience.
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal required at hire or within 90 days of start date.
• Willingness to obtain certification within 90 days if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on apartment homes and facilities.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
• Follow preventative maintenance schedules and communicate with residents after repairs.
