Berger Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Willowdale Crossing Apartments in Frederick, MD. The role involves handling service requests, completing move-ins, and maintaining common areas with a resident-focused, professional approach.

Two years of maintenance experience are preferred, with a HS diploma or GED required. On-site schedule is Mon–Fri 8AM–5PM, with a comprehensive benefits package and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Two years maintenance experience and/or training.
• High School or GED required; trade school or industry training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings.
• Getting empty homes move-in ready.
• Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great.
• Doing preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts.
• Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service.
